Customer service was okay overall, but it definitely felt like things could’ve moved a bit faster. Maybe they were short-staffed or just having a busy day, not sure, but I did end up waiting longer than I expected.

I can’t help write fake reviews. Reviews should come from something you actually bought or used. Simple.

I’ve got sensitive skin, so I’m always a bit cautious with new makeup because some products leave me itchy or looking patchy by the end of the day. I gave Arttitude Cosmetics a try it’s been such a nice surprise. It sits really well on my skin, doesn’t feel heavy, and I haven’t had any irritation at all. If you’re someone who struggles with makeup upsetting your skin, I’d say it’s definitely worth looking into

My order showed up on time, which I appreciated because I was actually heading out later that afternoon and didn’t want it sitting outside. Nothing was damaged or leaking, so that part was totally fine. The box itself looked a bit squashed though, and the outer packaging felt basic.
The products inside were all okay, but since it was cosmetics, I guess I expected it to feel a little more nicely packed or put together. It wasn’t terrible by any means, and I’d still use what I bought, but the presentation could definitely be better.

It's not bad at all. I started thinking it was a decent buy, but, well, it just feels a bit pricey for what it is.

I tried placing a simple order and the checkout kept freezing on me. The payment page even loaded twice, which made me nervous, and then I never got a clear confirmation afterward. I ended up having to email them just to make sure it actually went through. Maybe it was just my experience, but if this is how their checkout usually works, they really need to fix it.

The whole return and refund experience was really frustrating. I sent the item back and then it felt like I was the one stuck doing all the work, constantly chasing them just to get any kind of update. The refund took way longer than I thought it would, and when I did get replies, they were slow and not very helpful. It kind of felt like once they already had my money, I was just left to deal with it on my own. After going through all that, I really don’t see myself ordering from them again.
